Adele is a registered midwife with decades of experience walking alongside Pretoria moms – through the first scan, the last few weeks, the birth itself and the tender, tiring days that follow. Warm, honest, never rushed.
What we offer nearby
- Our full-day antenatal class runs on selected Saturdays from 9am to 4pm at R2,300 per couple in cash or R2,500 by card, lunch included.
- CPR and first aid training runs on selected Sundays from 8am to 1pm at R1,200 per person.
- Postnatal consults are a full hour at R400, and breastfeeding consults a full hour at R550, claimable from your medical aid.
- 4D baby sonar scans are R550 for moms between 26 and 32 weeks, and are done here and nowhere else.
- Immunisations for infants, children and adults are R400 per consult.
- Maternal immunisation for moms-to-be is available here too, from 28 weeks – the RSV vaccine at R4,250 and the whooping cough (Tdap) vaccine at R250, consultation included and both claimable from your medical aid.
- And you can collect any mom supplement order free of charge.

Collection is free at ZAH, which makes our Mom Supplements range easy for Muckleneuk and Brooklyn moms – Premium Krill Oil Omega-3, the Lactation Collagen Booster, the Mom Bundle and Probitec Fibre sachets. Saturday classes
Our antenatal class runs on selected Saturdays from 9am to 4pm right here at ZAH – ideal if weekdays are impossible. You and your support person spend the day covering pregnancy, caesarean section, breastfeeding and what happens at home in the first three months, plus emergency scenarios and foetal stimulation from the Practica Group. Lunch and refreshments are included, and the cost is R2,300 per couple in cash or R2,500 by card.
