How to use

Is krill oil safe while breastfeeding? 

Omega-3 fatty acids like EPA and DHA are widely recommended as part of a balanced diet during breastfeeding. Because every mom is different, and krill is a shellfish, we always suggest a quick chat with SR Adéle or your healthcare provider before you start – especially if you have a shellfish allergy or take blood-thinning medication.

Why krill oil instead of fish oil? 

In krill oil the omega-3 fatty acids are naturally bound to phospholipids, and krill oil also naturally contains choline and astaxanthin. Many moms also prefer it because there is no fishy aftertaste.

How many capsules do I take?

Two softgels daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional. One bottle of 60 softgels is roughly a one-month supply.

Does it contain any allergens?
